Why brass is best and how to care for it.

We handforge some of our key pieces from solid brass. No plating takes place, only age old handmade jewellery making techniques. What using solid brass means is that we create pieces for you with a beautiful golden lustre that will last in your jewellery box for many moons to be passed down as heirlooms.

Each piece is handmade using traditional methods and premium quality materials.
As we handforge each piece, slight variations are to be expected and are what makes our designs one-of-a-kind.

Please be gentle and do not apply lotions and perfume while wearing your pieces. Please take special care to avoid water when wearing gold plated jewellery.
We high polish all silver & brass pieces so they are shiny when you get them. Despite this, they will always dull slightly.

To clean your solid brass or silver jewellery use the polishing cloth provided. Alternatively a soft brush, warm soapy water and good old dishwashing liquid / a jewellery cleaning product. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Store you pieces in an air tight container and keep them out of the humidity in your bathroom.

The best way to keep your jewellery clean is to wear it! You can swim in your brass jewellery, in fact we encourage it. 

A polishing cloth is gifted with each purchase and can be used to restore your pieces from time to time to your very own level of shiny.
